9.3 Closeout Documentation Standards? That’s your punch list for getting paid. No sign-off here means delayed retainage.

Here’s what I do:
If the project is under six months. Lock down 2.1 and 5.4 first. If it’s over $2M?
Add 7.2 and 9.3 before framing starts.

Under spec lights? Off by a mile.
Legacy standards kill timelines. ASTM C1396-14 instead of -22? Appendix A doesn’t care about your old PDF.
